TheSneakerAuthority.com uses PayPal's shopping cart system to accept credit card and bank payments. (For First Time customers please make sure to place your order to your billing address or we will cancel your transaction.

3. SHIPPED: mean is that your was shipped with a Tracking Number, please check your email for the Tracking Number
4. REFUND: Payment was Refunded.
5. OUT OF STOCK: Product was either sold to a customer before you, and sold in a store
6. UPDATE: It means that your order has been prepared to be shipped.

9.) DO ALL ORDERS COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN THEY ARE SHIPPED?
Yes all order that are shipped comes with a Tracking #. We will notify you through email about the stats of your Order.
10.) ORDER CANCELLATION
If You want to cancel the Order, An $10 will be subtract from the total amount and the rest will be refunded.
